3rd Eye Chakra Sound Bowl Event
Are you on your chakra healing journey?
Join us as we cleanse and activate each chakra over the span of 7 months.
You are encouraged to bring your water bottle and your own yoga mat and any blankets for extra cushion although we do have some at the studio that you may absolutely borrow.
I will be sure to go into depth about what the 3rd eye chakra represents for us and how it shows up in our daily lives!
Melissa will be slaying the sound bowls while I work on your 3rd eye chakra with energy work followed by a delicious scalp massage while the incredible LMT Aspen Johnson offers Cranial Sacral therapy work on the head and neck.
We look forward to continuing this deep chakra healing work with you all over the next couple of months!

I am SO excited to announce this new workshop! I have offered this as a 1:1 training only for the last 4 years until now!
When I finally stepped into my abilities after figuring out that was the cause of the oddities in my life, things started to finally make more sense. I realized that my abilities had always been there, but I needed to learn how to control them so that they could work FOR me and not …what felt like… against me.
I get the pleasure of helping others to understand their gifts and how to focus the ones that come most naturally and how to develop the ones that don’t come as easily!
In this 3-hour candle lit workshop you will learn many topics.

Cord Cutting Workshop
Are you ready to cut cords with a specific person, place, thing or past trauma?
Energetic cord cutting is SO powerful and gives us a fun and tangible way to release energy that no longer serves us.
Allow me to walk you through the steps and intention setting for a cord cutting and how to read the candles flame!
All tools will be supplied to each person attending this event.
2 pillar candles, thick twine, tool for carving intentions and oils to assist in the ritual.
This will be a small candle lit intimate setting.
