Level 1 Usui Reiki Group Training
Are you ready to answer your call as an energy healing practitioner?
Join me for an afternoon in my office with a group of likeminded women as you learn about Usui and his powerful story to discovering the sacred healing symbols. Learn how to use the powerful energy for self-healing as your course work will guide you through shadow work for deep transformation. I will attune each student in my office, and I will also teach you a bit about psychic awareness and grounding.

Heart Opening Cacao Sound Bowl Event!
With so much attention on finding soul mates and finding true love, we tend to forget about how important and satisfying it is to fall back in love with the version of ourselves that we are now.
Everything your heart has been through, everything your heart still currently desires! Dreams, hopes, aspirations and personal goals and self-acceptance.
This heart opening event will start with some words of affirmations along with a couple of very yummy and easy heart opening yoga shapes on the floor.
We will then hop up slowly to get some hot cacao in our mugs as we make our way back to our seats for some intentional journaling.
Aspen and I will be teaming up for energy work for this event so one of us will be working hands off on your heart chakra while the others gently holds your feel to ground you in the experience.
We will then marinade in the frequencies of Melissa playing her crystal sound bowls allowing the cacao to work its healing and opening magick!
Some gentle movements may be encouraged after the sound bowls to bring us back into our bodies even more before wrapping up the event.

Intuitive Development Workshop
This workshop and training hold a special place in my heart. Learning how to make sense of my psychic abilities made my life make more sense. It helped me to have more fun in life and helped me to navigate through life with more ease because I learned to trust myself. That was a HUGE step for my personal healing journey. Trusting my intuition and gut. It taught me what felt like “life 101” guidance. Learning to work with my spirit guides and my main guide first helped me to know what was and wasn’t for me. People, places and things. It’s such an intimate personal journey. To have that deep feeling of guidance within. To stop looking for external validation constantly.

Womb Healing Sound Bowl Event
Are you ready to heal your sacred womb space?
As a woman who has experienced my fair share of womb space trauma, I know the importance of starting a new relationship with our bodies. One in which we can love our bodies again and heal from the inside out.
Join Melissa, Aspen and I for a very special candle lit sound bowl event where we focus all intentions on healing with the sound frequencies of the sacral chakra.
Aspen and I will be offering trauma informed energy healing for each person while Melissa works her healing magick with her crystal sound bowls.
I will also be going over each person with a tuning fork meant to heal the energy of the sacral chakra followed by a guided womb healing meditation.
Please bring your yoga mat, any blankets and pillows for extra cozy comfort.
