Please Note- I have come across and removed dark intelligent energies which you would refer to as “evil” spirits or “demonic” beings from people and properties. I do not prefer to work with these but will absolutely let you know if I truly believe that is what you’re dealing with and will then refer you out.

Please know that the minimum time spent is 2 hours, with a max of 4 hours. All homes will receive the same care, but each home is very unique in its need and approach.

Investigations and clearings are available on Sundays. Some Fridays and Saturdays are available as well.

This service is available to those in the Denver Metro area. Those further than 30 minutes from Denver will have a fuel charge added to their cost which will be discussed in the original phone meeting.

• Walks are conducted during the hours of 10am-5pm

• Please remove all household members (dogs as well) for my investigation and clearing. The main female homeowner/renter is encouraged to stay on site.

• Waiver & Release form along with payment to be completed before the investigation and clearing begin.

• For higher risk walks, I may bring a partner for my personal safety. Thank you for your understanding.
